The core equipment is a fully automatic avocado peeling and core removal machine. The fruit is fixed by mechanical claws, and the high-speed rotating blades accurately separate the peel, core and flesh, avoiding the loss and pollution caused by manual processing. The processing efficiency can reach 1,000 pieces/hour.

the pulp enters the colloid mill or emulsifier, where the grinding gap is adjusted according to product requirements to refine the pulp to a preset particle size. At the same time, an automatic batching system accurately adds salt, lemon juice, onion powder and other auxiliary ingredients to ensure consistent flavor for each batch of products.

The blended pulp enters a vacuum degasser to remove internal bubbles, preventing oxidation and deterioration of the product and astringent taste; it is then processed by a high-pressure homogenizer to fully blend the pulp particles with the auxiliary ingredients, improving the smoothness of the sauce.

A pasteurizer is used to continuously sterilize at a temperature of 65-75℃ for 30-60 seconds, which can not only kill harmful microorganisms but also retain the nutrients such as vitamin E and folic acid in the avocado to the greatest extent; after sterilization, the avocado is quickly cooled to below 25℃ through a plate cooler to prepare for subsequent filling.

Fully automatic filling equipment accurately and quantitatively fills according to packaging specifications (glass bottles, plastic jars, flexible packaging bags, etc.), with a filling accuracy of ≤±1g; then it is sealed by a sealing machine, the production date is marked by a printer, and finally foreign objects are detected by a metal detector to ensure product safety.
